What will you be doing in this role?

  • Maintain the In-trust environment of APEXA, including data matching and profile scrubbing
  • Co-ordinate with APEXA to solve issues within the in-trust environment
  • Maintain, retrieve and distribute e-mails from contracting inbox
  • Maintain document management, electronic scanning and filing
  • Update and maintain accurate information on multiple back office systems
  • Provide superior customer support for internal and external partners
  • Ensure Service Level Standards are maintained
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, insurance carriers, advisors and clients
  • Back up and vacation coverage as required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
What qualifications are required?
  • College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
  • Industry courses would be an asset

  • Proven experience in insurance/financial services industry
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of all back office systems (Wealthserv, carrier sites, Sentry File, APEXA), an asset

Votre r\xc3\xb4le
  • Maintenir l\'environnement de confiance d\'APEXA, y compris la correspondance des donn\xc3\xa9es et l\'\xc3\xa9puration des profils
  • Coordonner avec l\'APEXA la r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes dans l\'environnement de confiance
  • Maintenir, r\xc3\xa9cup\xc3\xa9rer et distribuer les courriels de la bo\xc3\xaete de r\xc3\xa9ception des contrats
  • Assurer la gestion des documents, la num\xc3\xa9risation et l\'archivage \xc3\xa9lectroniques
  • Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour et conserver l\'information exacte dans plusieurs applications administratives
  • Offrir un soutien client hors pair aux partenaires internes et externes
  • Assurer le maintien des normes de niveau de service
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les coll\xc3\xa8gues, les assureurs, les conseill\xc3\xa8res et conseillers et les clientes et clients
