Position Overview

We are an educational institution seeking a Content Marketing Specialist responsible for building and executing our brand content strategy. This role includes content planning, material production, and publishing across owned media channels, supporting content needs for advertising, community engagement, and offline events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and publish content regularly across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, etc.); Write education-related articles and video scripts; support short video shooting and editing (design support available); Write and iterate copy for advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Xiaohongshu); Assist with content planning for offline event materials (e.g., posters, parent invitations, event brochures); Organize and repurpose user testimonials and evaluation results into marketing content; Review and analyze monthly content performance, identify top-performing content, and propose optimization strategies.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken); Passion for the education industry with sensitivity to content targeting children and parents; Familiar with the operation and logic of one or more content platforms; Strong skills in copywriting, content structure design, and communication; Experience with short video or visual content creation preferred (experience with CapCut or Canva is a plus); Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement, click-through, and conversion data for content improvement.

Pay: $2,880.00-$4,800.00 per month
