Le role des specialiste en reclamations de biens - sur les lieux est un role a multiples facettes, qui se concentre principalement sur les quatre domaines cles suivants des operations de gestion des revendications de contenu d'edjuster :

En mettant l'accent sur le service a la clientele, le specialiste des reclamations de contenu d'edjuster - Field agit en tant qu'intermediaire entre les experts en sinistres de la compagnie d'assurance et leurs assures en aidant a l'inventaire et a l'evaluation du contenu de la perte totale de l'assure/du demandeur, qui sont le plus souvent causes par le vol , eau, incendie et autres perils. Edjuster se concentre sur le traitement precis et rapide des reclamations de contenu, via l'utilisation de la methodologie de traitement des reclamations d'edjuster et de sa plate-forme de traitement et de tarification des reclamations de contenu - excclaim. Les employes d'Edjuster operent a partir de leurs bureaux a domicile convenablement amenages et equipes et recoivent regulierement (quotidiennement/hebdomadairement) de nouveaux dossiers de reclamation. Les specialistes des reclamations de contenu d'edjuster sont charges d'enregistrer toutes les activites quotidiennes de traitement des reclamations, en ce qui concerne les heures travaillees / le temps passe par tache, ainsi que de remplir toutes leurs taches administratives requises.


Ce role necessite des interactions frequentes en anglais et necessite la lecture et la preparation frequentes de documents en anglais.

The role of Content Claims Specialists is a multi-faceted role, which focuses primarily in the following four key areas of edjuster's content claims handling operations:

With a high focus on customer service, edjuster's Content Claims Specialist - Field act as an intermediary between the Insurance Company's property adjusters, and their policyholders assisting with the inventory and valuations of the policyholder's/claimant's total loss contents, which are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils. Edjuster focuses on the accurate and timely processing of content claims, via the use of edjuster's claims handling methodology and its content claims processing and pricing platform- exclaim. Edjuster employees operate from their appropriately set up and equipped home-based offices and are consistently (daily/weekly basis) assigned new claim files. edjuster's Content Claims Specialists are responsible for recording all daily claims handling activity, with respect to hours worked/time spent per task as well as fulfilling all of their required administrative job duties.

This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

Assurer la coherence et la qualite/le traitement de toutes les reclamations conformement aux normes de productivite et de performance de la societe. Travailler avec le soutien d'autres equipes d'edjuster pour organiser/diriger les ressources necessaires a la realisation de l'inventaire et de l'evaluation LKQ de tous les contenus de pertes totales de maniere efficace et efficiente selon les normes de productivite. Adherez a l'engagement d'edjuster Inc. a fournir des mises a jour opportunes et informatives sur le processus de reclamation de contenu aux experts/assures. Remplir/soumettre quotidiennement des journaux de travail/temps detailles, pour toutes les taches de reclamation terminees. Tenir a jour les notes relatives aux reclamations dans la plate-forme de la societe exclamer, liees aux diverses taches impliquees dans le traitement de la reclamation. Garantir l'achevement/la tarification en temps opportun et precis de tous les articles en suspens, qui n'ont pas ete evalues par d'autres equipes et qui respectent les normes Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ). Promouvoir constamment la marque, l'image et la reputation d'edjuster de maniere professionnelle et positive. Peut etre expose a diverses conditions (froid, chaleur, pluie, debris, etc.).

Responsibilities (English)




As part of this role, responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:

Conduct onsite visit to meet the adjusters/policyholders and other industry vendors and conduct the inventory of the total loss contents. Ensure consistent and quality/turnaround of all claims in accordance with the Company's productivity and performance standards. Work with the support of other teams at edjuster to organize/direct the resources required for completing the inventory and LKQ valuation of all total loss contents in an efficient and effective manner per productivity standards. Adhere to edjuster Inc.'s commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process to adjusters/policyholders. Complete/submit detailed work/time logs daily, for all claim task completed. Maintain claim related notes in the Company's platform exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling the claim. Ensure timely and accurate completion/pricing of all outstanding items, which have not been priced via other teams and adhering to Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) standards. Consistently promote edjuster's brand, image, and reputation in a professional and positive manner. May be exposed to diverse conditions (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.). Bilingue (Francais & Anglais) Un diplome d'etudes secondaires. Capacite a travailler de facon autonome dans la plupart des circonstances, avec un minimum de supervision. Une experience prealable dans le secteur des reclamations immobilieres serait consideree comme un atout. Etre en mesure de fournir un espace de travail adequat, sans bruit. L'employe doit fournir son propre service Internet haute vitesse. L'equipement de l'entreprise, y compris un ordinateur portable, sera fourni. Il est de la responsabilite de l'employe de prendre soin et d'entretenir l'equipement, conformement a la politique. Propre vehicule et permis de conduire valide. Des voyages occasionnels de nuit peuvent etre necessaires, toutes les depenses liees aux affaires seraient couvertes par l'ajusteur. Solides competences en informatique (MS Office/Outlook, etc.). De solides competences en communication. Capacite demontree a s'adapter au changement et aux nouvelles technologies. Volonte d'apprendre et de s'ameliorer continuellement.

Qualifications (English)



Bilingual (French & English) A Secondary School diploma. Ability to work independently in most circumstances, with minimal supervision. Some prior background/experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset. Be able to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise. Employee must provide their own high-speed internet service. Company equipment including laptop will be provided. It is the employee's responsibility to care and maintain the equipment, as per policy. Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license is required Regular travel to loss sites is required Occasional Overnight travel may be required, any business-related expense would be covered by edjuster. Strong computer skills (Office 365 & Windows 10). Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology. Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
