Job Description

We are hiring a well-spoken and professional concierge security for a high-end residential building in downtown Vancouver.

Must required:

Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Minimum 1 year concierge experience
This position will be in Suit and tie

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Excellent verbal written communication and (Crown Counsel) report writing skills Have a good understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada, and applying it during apprehensions Posses demonstrated superior Professionalism and Customer Service experience Must be able to learn and follow internal policies and procedures Must have keen eye for detail Must be able to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment Assertive Motivated, Disciplined Calm and Respectful demeanor 1-year in the concierge experience. Cognitive skills and apprehension techniques is preferred as is experience making legal arrests Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be reliable and available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications / Skills

High school diploma , with at least 1 year of concierge experience. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace; strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Having a working Phone with data plan Recognized First Aid and CPR Certificate considered an asset Flexible availability, preference given to those available on weekends
