We are looking for a

Bilingual Technical Support Analyst

located in Fredericton, NB and servicing the surrounding areas. The bilingual technical support analyst will be responsible to provide IT assistance to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of systems. You will use tools like AutoTask to manage requests and escalate issues as needed.

Hours:

7 AM EST until 4 PM EST.



The role will be

Hybrid

: 90% remote work, with roughly one day a month or as needed dedicated to servicing the customers we have in the Fredericton area.

Main Responsibilities:

Receive, log, and prioritize support requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely. Support users with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions. Monitor Office 365 service status and resolve incidents. Participate in other IT projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles. Knowledge of AutoTask or other ticketing systems. Experience with remote management tools such as DattoRMM, ScreenConnect, or NinjaRMM. Strong documentation skills, ideally with ITGlue or equivalent. Basic cybersecurity knowledge and experience with anti-malware tools.

Bilingual in French and English

, customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+ or equivalent. Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900). Working toward Office 365 certifications.
