Job Description
Agilus is recruiting for several Bilingual Collections Agents in the Automotive Industry in North York, Ontario. The Bilingual Collections Agent is responsible for mitigating retail credit losses by minimizing consumer loan portfolio delinquency while being an advocate of the customer. Weekly rotation on shifts; 10:00am-6:00pm, 12:00pm-8:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm You will:
- Complete collection calls in a dialer environment to meet and exceed predefined targets aimed at reducing delinquency and avoiding losses
- Identify and escalate potential loss scenarios at an early stage to mitigate loss exposure
- Complete skip tracing to locate customers who are avoiding contact
- Collaborate with team members to optimize department efficiency and the customer experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
- 3-5 years experience in related role
- Previous collection experience for asset-based loans
- Post secondary education
- $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- 12 month contract
- Completion bonus of $1,500
- Work for a well-known, international brand
