Job Description


We are seeking fluently bilingual (English & French) Call Center Specialists to join our client\'s team. As a Bilingual Call Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing a class action settlement by providing high-quality customer service to callers with questions about the settlement.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, primarily in English, with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information according to provided guidelines and scripts
- Maintain strict adherence to provided Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines
- Utilize intermediate computer skills for tasks such as using the "find" function in PDFs
- Participate in extensive training, including roleplay exercises, to ensure preparedness for the roleTop Skill Requirements:
- Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and effective communication.
- Call Center Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the project.
- Follows Instructions: Adhere strictly to scripts and guidelines without deviation.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Comfortable with basic computer tasks and software.Additional Information:
- Dress Code: Smart Casual (T-shirt and jeans are acceptable as long as they are work-appropriate)

- Training: Extensive training will be provided to prepare for the role. Adherence to the training is crucial as this is a legal account and strict compliance with the QA guidelines is mandatory.Qualifications:

- 2+ years of call center experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
