What You'll Do:
Support French and English-speaking corporate clients with their employee benefits programs (health, dental, disability, retirement, etc.)
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations with accuracy and care
Provide clear, friendly communication to employees and clients (in both official languages)
Stay knowledgeable on regulations and help clients remain compliant
Prepare and share plan documents, summaries and reports (FR & EN)
Translate communications as needed
Be the go-to contact for benefits inquiries, resolving issues in partnership with carriers and vendors
Maintain organized client files and conduct regular account reviews
Assist with claims and billing inquiries
Lead or support client meetings as needed
What You Bring:
Fluency in French & English (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset
4+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of administration experience
Working knowledge of employee benefits and retirement plans
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Able to work hybrid/attend occasional in-person meetings
Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and readiness to grow
Able to clear a background check
Bonus Points For:
Understanding of employment standards or labour regulations
GBA or progress toward CEBS designation
