Nicholas Caragianis Architect Inc

is a medium sized firm located in Ottawa, with projects across Canada. We are looking for Bilingual (French & English) Architectural Technologists skilled and experienced in producing both English and French Contract Documents, to join our team as full time employees. Key personal attributes required are excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a great team attitude. Revit competency and experience would be considered an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Accredited Architectural Technologist Diploma,

- minimum three years experience using the OBC and/or NBCC,

- Proficient in ACAD,

- Ability to work independently as well in a collaborative environment,

- Skilled in using Excel, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam,

- Good understanding of theory of technical building details,

- Experience with RFIs, SIs, CCOs and COs, Addenda, and SD reviews.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
