Job Summary:
RoboThink Toronto is seeking a
bilingual Afterschool Teacher
to supportelementary school students
in bothEnglish and Math
. The ideal candidate is fluent inboth Mandarin and English
, enjoys working with children, and is confident teaching core academic skills in a supportive, engaging environment.Key Responsibilities:
Teach elementary-level
English reading, writing, and grammar
Support students withbasic to intermediate Math
(Grades 1-6) Create afun, positive, and structured classroom environment
Communicate clearly with students in bothEnglish and Mandarin
as needed Help students complete homework and reinforce key concepts Track student progress and report to the lead teacher or program coordinator Ensure classroom safety and respectful behaviour among studentsQualifications:
Experience working with children in an educational setting (e.g., tutoring, after-school programs) Strong academic knowledge of
elementary school Math and English
Fluent inMandarin and English
(spoken and written) Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching Excellent communication and classroom management skills Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independentlyJoin our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while contributing to their academic success!
