This is a bilingual role combining bookkeeping and general administrative support.
Ce poste bilingue combine des taches de tenue de livres et de soutien administratif general.

The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting duties and help maintain the smooth running of our office.
La personne ideale apportera un soutien quotidien en comptabilite tout en contribuant au bon fonctionnement du bureau.

Key Responsibilities /

Responsabilites principales :

Bookkeeping (data entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance)
Tenue de livres (saisie de donnees, conciliations bancaires et de cartes de credit, mise a jour des grands livres)

Invoicing, payment processing, A/P and A/R assistance
Preparation des factures, traitement des paiements, soutien aux comptes fournisseurs et clients

Month-end and year-end support
Appui aux processus de fin de mois et de fin d'annee

Bilingual client communication (phone, email, written)
Communication bilingue avec les clients (telephone, courriel, ecrit)

Filing and document organization (paper and digital)
Classement et organisation des documents (papier et numerique)

Scheduling and general office support
Planification et soutien administratif general

Support during tax season deadlines
Aide a la coordination des echeanciers en periode de declaration de revenus

Qualifications /

Exigences :

Fluency in

English and French

is

required


Maitrise de l'

anglais et du francais

- obligatoire

Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field
Diplome ou certificat en comptabilite, tenue de livres ou domaine connexe

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative work
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un poste comptable ou administratif

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bonne maitrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Grand souci du detail et bonnes competences en organisation

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et a gerer plusieurs priorites

Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
Professionnalisme et discretion dans le traitement de renseignements confidentiels
