Role Summary



The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through EconoLease's network of equipment dealer partners. This role focuses on partner enablement, relationship management, and joint business growth.

You'll act as a strategic advisor to your partner portfolio, helping them sell more equipment by embedding finance into their sales process, generating leads together, and ensuring every referred customer has a smooth financing experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner Growth & Relationship Management

Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new equipment dealer partners. Serve as the primary liaison between partners and Econolease, ensuring alignment on objectives and performance. Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges. Support partners with onboarding, system access, and sales enablement materials.
Sales Enablement & Training

Educate partner sales teams on EconoLease's financing solutions, digital application tools, and customer value proposition. Deliver partner training sessions (virtual and in-person) to drive understanding and adoption of financing programs. Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded materials, joint campaigns, and in-market activations.
Pipeline Management & Performance

Work closely with partner sales reps to progress leads and convert opportunities. Engage directly with customers referred by partners to guide them through the financing application process from initial contact through to approval, credit approval, document execution, and final confirmation of equipment delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Track and manage partner pipelines using CRM tools to ensure accuracy, velocity, and conversion. Analyze partner performance data and identify actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment

Partner cross-functionally with credit, operations, and marketing teams to optimize partner and customer experiences. Provide feedback from the field to inform product, pricing, and process improvements. Contribute to ongoing development of the EconoLease Partner Program framework and incentives.
Credit Structuring for Customers

Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to structure financing solutions tailored to customer needs and credit profiles. Evaluate customer financial information to recommend appropriate lease, rent, or loan options that align with risk parameters and business goals. Identify opportunities to strengthen deal approval likelihood through mitigants such as deposits, guarantees, or collateral. Maintain a strong understanding of credit policies, documentation requirements, and underwriting criteria to ensure applications are accurate and complete. Support partners in positioning financing offers that balance customer affordability with responsible lending practices.

We are hoping you bring:



3+ years in channel sales, partner management, or B2B relationship management within finance, Tech, payments, or hospitality sectors. Must be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal). Proven ability to manage a portfolio of partners and deliver mutual revenue growth. Strong presentation, training, and communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously. A strong sense of team and building relationships with colleagues and our partners. Confidence and a willingness to learn and try new things. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel.
