Key Responsibilities:

Vigilant Patrolling:

Conduct patrols across diverse settings, ensuring safety and security.

Incident Response:

Respond swiftly to alarms and incidents, using your training to manage situations effectively.

Law Enforcement:

Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and applicable laws, while deterring crime.

Emergency Management:

Be the first line of defense in emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to clients and patrons, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Conflict Resolution:

De-escalate volatile situations and, when necessary, escort or detain individuals according to policy.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Security Officer:

Must hold a valid Manitoba security license.

Driver's License:

A clean driver's abstract and a valid Class 5 driver's license are required.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially for report writing.

Physical Readiness:

Ability to respond quickly and manage physical demands, including escorting and detaining individuals.

First Aid & CPR:

A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate is required.

Premium Pay for Certified Professionals:

We offer premium pay for hires who hold valid certificates in Use of Force Training (Handcuffing and Baton), NVCI or de-escalation training, and First Aid & CPR.
