About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist for future roles, to play a critical role in shaping the next generation of our AI capabilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, experimentation, and model optimization. You will work closely with research, engineering, and product teams to drive measurable improvements in model performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex, large-scale datasets to uncover insights that directly inform AI model design, optimization, and refinement.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning techniques, and rigorous evaluation frameworks.
  • Conduct performance assessments and data quality audits to ensure accuracy, reliability, and fairness of AI model outputs.
  • Build scalable, reusable tools for data processing, visualization, and automated reporting.
  • Collaborate with research teams to validate hypotheses, operationalize findings, and scale experimental workflows.
  • Support data-driven experimentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across AI models and supporting systems.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and modern data science toolsets.
  • Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, or analytical tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.
