Duties

Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals in response to client requests. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to gather necessary information for bid development. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform bidding strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the bidding process. Monitor bid performance post-submission and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bid management or a related field, preferably within a business development context. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and competitor strategies effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $46,332.71-$129,131.31 per year
