Your Opportunity at SECURE
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process to support SECURE's sales efforts. This role ensures bid submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client requirements while effectively highlighting SECURE's value proposition. The Bid Coordinator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical inputs, maintain up-to-date documentation, and track key metrics. With strong attention to detail and organizational skills, the individual in this role drives bid strategy, supports internal reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement in bid processes and outcomes.

Work Environment
The Bid Coordinator position is a full-time role based at our Calgary Brookfield office. It follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with a standard 40-hour work week.
