What You'll Do
Source and manage bid opportunities
for commercial kitchen scopes in new construction projects.
Prepare RFQs and tender documents
, coordinate pricing with vendors, and ensure timely bid submissions.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
for awarded jobs.
Coordinate deliveries and installations
, ensuring site readiness and resource alignment.
Liaise with contractors, clients, and vendors
, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project performance
, identify risks early, and contribute to process improvements.
Conduct client follow-ups
post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in bid coordination, project coordination, or similar roles (experience in commercial construction, foodservice, or equipment supply is a strong asset).
Excellent time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar is a plus
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering quality work.
