We are looking for an individual to be our customers guide with their shopping experience, by sharing your knowledge and passion for biking. Our sales process begins with learning as much as possible about the customers needs and how they will use the products we sell, and connecting those dots with the wide range of bicycles and gear that we carry. You are their co-shopper and guide for an awesome in-store experience.
Self-motivation and hustle is important for this job, and you will need to work well in a fast-paced team environment while at-times serving/greeting multiple customers at once during peak traffic hours.
Product knowledge will be learned on the job as well as with online learning platforms provided by our vendors. Some personal cycling experience and basic knowledge about bikes is needed.
Prior sales and/or hospitality experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers in finding their ride and fueling their passion by recommending the accessories that meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system for sales transactions and cash handling accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales simultaneously.
Schedule
• Approx. 40 hours per week until early June, then part time hours until August 2025
• At least 1 weekend shift

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
