B&P Cycle is now hiring an energetic bicycle and/or hockey sales associate for the upcoming season. Previous sales experience in a bike and/or hockey shop is recommended. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Bike and/or Sales Associate. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers. Perform bicycle and/or hockey fittings and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort. Process customer purchases and returns using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays Participate in store events and promotions as required. Qualifications: Passion for cycling and/or & active living. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in retail sales, preferably in a bike shop or related industry. Knowledge of bike mechanics and components is an asset. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
