Position overview:

Are you a dynamic and passionate Bhangra instructor with a love for working with elementary school students? We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our team as an Elementary School Bhangra Teacher. This part-time position involves teaching Bhangra dance to elementary school students for one hour a week over a 5-week period.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Bhangra dance lessons suitable for elementary school students.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Incorporate age-appropriate music and movements to make learning Bhangra enjoyable for young learners.

Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in teaching Bhangra dance, especially to elementary school students.

Passion for working with children and fostering a love for dance and cultural expression.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a fun and safe learning environment.

Availability for one hour per week for a 5-week period.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
