Job Summary

North Hydration Ltd is a disruptor in the premium bottled water industry. The company is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Canning Line Operator to join our dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in running the canning line, maintaining sanitation standards and supporting packaging operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of quality beverages in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Duties

Operate a first-class beverage canning production line Assist with the packaging of bottled water on the bottling line when required Monitor finished products to ensure they are produced and packaged according to specifications Assist in facility cleaning, sanitation and maintain a cleaning canning line Perform routine checks to ensure proper and consistent operation of machinery Adhere to standard operating procedures for the canning line Maintain and prepare daily, weekly and monthly production and sanitation checklists Be a team player and assist other members of the production and warehousing team Applicants must be on occasion willing to work weekdays and/or late afternoons and possibly weekend shifts Able to withstand physically demanding conditions (such as lifting up to 35 lbs) Other duties as assigned by Management Transport raw materials, and finished products throughout the facility manually or using powered equipment Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment is preferred Familiarity with food processing techniques and sanitation practices is highly desirable Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in a food or beverage manufacturing setting is desirable Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is a plus. Meticulous, fast worker, fast learner and resourceful Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food safety standards are essential Good verbal and written skills for communicating effectively with others Must be punctual and diligent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
