This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 2 days in office.
What You'll Do:
Support and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, disability, etc.)
Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for client and employee benefits inquiries
Process enrolments, changes, claims, billing inquiries, and ensure compliance
Maintain organized client files and complete regular audits and follow-ups
Provide proactive support and high-touch service to strengthen client relationships
Attend and lead client meetings as required (virtual and occasionally in-person)
What You Bring:
4+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable adapting to changing needs and priorities
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Positive, collaborative, and service-driven mindset
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and successfully complete a background check
Nice to Have:
Experience with employee benefits and retirement plans
CEBS / GBA designation (or working toward it)
Bilingual French/English and/or familiarity with employment standards
