Our client, a leading global renewable energy organization with operations across North America, South America, and Europe, is seeking a Benefits & Pension Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering high-quality employee programs that support a diverse and growing workforce. Reporting to the Manager, Benefits and Pensions, this role is responsible for the administration of benefit and retirement programs across multiple Canadian business platforms while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. The Coordinator will act as a trusted resource for employees, collaborate with HR teams, and contribute to wellness and engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals and values
