YOUR ROLE

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Representatives by conducting in-depth account analysis, reviewing and underwriting new business prospects, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies. This position is on-site out of our Winnipeg Office.

YOUR IMPACT

You will lead account analysis and file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Management to communicate updates on prospect files. You will streamline the "file analysis" process to expedite deal pitching. You will enhance the accuracy of information submitted in the underwriting process. You will develop client-facing materials, including Plan Comparison, Rate Comparison, and Proposal documents.

THIS IS YOU

You have a university or College Degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business. You have previous experience in benefits is an asset. You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You have strong analytical skills with a focus on detail. You have positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $42,000-$45,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
