About the role
As the Benefits Advisor Channel Manager, you'll be the go-to person for building and growing relationships with group benefits advisors across Canada. You'll partner closely with the President of Rise Health to expand our advisor network, grow market share, and position Rise Health as the premier benefits administration platform and Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
You'll own the advisor channel end to end--from prospecting and activation through enablement and ongoing engagement--making it easier for advisors to recommend, sell, and retain clients on Rise Health.
The day-to-day
Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of insurance advisors and benefits brokers who recommend and sell Rise Health.
Drive new business by educating advisors on the advantages of Rise Health and supporting them as they guide clients onto the platform.
Own and manage a sales pipeline: run advisor meetings, deliver product presentations, and drive adoption and revenue through advisor networks.
Identify, prioritize, and deepen relationships with high-potential advisors and firms to create long-term strategic partnerships.
Lead onboarding and training sessions so advisors are confident in positioning and supporting Rise Health with their clients.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design campaigns, tools, and processes that improve advisor engagement and retention.
About you
You're a results-driven sales professional with experience in the group benefits or insurance industry and a strong understanding of the advisor landscape.
LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification is required.
4+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management in group benefits, insurance, or financial services.
Proven track record of driving revenue through advisor networks, brokers, or strategic partnerships.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage, educate, and influence advisors at all levels.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; you thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to both advisors and their clients.
Bonus: Experience working in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.

This position offers $80-110k in base salary, based on experience, and $120-$150k in on-target earnings (OTE).
