Position Overview:
Working in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment, the Benefit Administrator will report directly to the HR Operations Manager, and will be responsible for overseeing the employee benefit lifecycle. The incumbent will work closely with Operation Leaders, Payroll and HR Team members to ensure benefit enrollment, tracking, maintenance and reconciliation for all eligible existing and new employees of the company remains current with best practices and compliant with legislative and corporate requirements. Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days offsite) may be considered after 3 months of successful integration into the position.
