Architectural Millwork is a creative process primarily involving the design, fabrication and installation of beautiful WOOD pieces. Architectural woodworkers create beautiful designs using intricate cuts. An experienced woodworker has a deep knowledge of different design practices, techniques, and cuts, and will use a range of manual and powered tools to create attractive, custom, or semi-custom made woodwork pieces using architectural shop drawings.

- Following company policies and procedures
- Using the Time Management system
- Ability to take instruction from Shop Foreman/Senior Benchperson & Project Managers
- Installing on site
- Dealing with & solving deficiencies on site
- Producing detailed deficiency lists and tracking them until complete
- Accepting delivery of millwork onsite and showing movers placement
- Communication with management
- Material Take-Offs and Hardware lists
- Machining and Assembly
- Keeping all work areas clean and organized

- 5+ years hands on experience in Cabinet Making and/or Architectural Millwork
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Possess own tools
- Class 5 Drivers licence
- Self motivated
- Excellent communicator
- Organized & detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift millwork items to perform tasks onsite
