Position Summary:

The Bellperson at Eldorado Resort serves as the guest\'s liaison/ambassador for both hotel and non-hotel services. They are an information center for our guests, regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. Knows how to provide concise and accurate directions.

What will you be doing?

• Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel\'s facilities and services and of the surrounding community
• Coordinates bellman tasks and duties of the day
• Performs all duties such as delivering luggage, room drops, room moves etc.
• Maintain and enforce Eldorado Resort\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures as they pertain
• Handles guest complaints and problem solve to the degree possible, as per directed by management
• Monitors parking lot and registers hotel and restaurant guests license plate. Ensures lobby is always clean and tidy
• The Bell person will report the Front Office management team and closely with the concierge to ensure smooth effective running of the front office department

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry or hotel is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, and lift heavy items as needed
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
