Responsibilities:

Deliver ABA programming under supervision as needed and applicable Delivery of peers-paired sessions (mainly assisting and prompting) Delivery of group sessions (mainly assisting and prompting) Delivery of ABA sessions for high-needs learners (gradual start with Senior Therapist support) Flexible in assisting in cover sessions for all clients Basic knowledge and application of VB, PEAK, Direct Instruction, Precision Teaching, ESDM programming

Requirements:

A College Diploma or University Degree related to Behavioural Science, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development or equivalent approved by Aspiration & Discoveries Minimum 1-year experience working with young children who have been diagnosed with Autism; Autism Spectrum Disorder; Pervasive Developmental Disorder or equivalent approved by Aspiration & Discoveries Demonstrated experience applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis or equivalent approved by Aspiration & Discoveries A satisfactory Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check issued in the past 2 months. Valid First Aid and CPR certificate. Compassionate, respectful and sincere manner with ability to deal with conflict in a diplomatic and professional manner. Ability to lift 25 kg may be required and perform lifting/bending when required to assist clients.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (between 8am - 6pm) Weekend availability (Saturday morning only)

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
