Part-time Oakbank, MB Deadline: Open until filled Job Title: Before and After School Program Leader Description We are looking for 1-2 individuals to join the SPACE and be a part of our Before and After School Program. If you love working with young children and youth, organizing, and joining in on fun activities this is a job you may not want to pass up! Looking for individuals to run our morning program and after program, travel with children to and from school and bus stops safely and oversee daily/monthly program planning for registrants.Position may work well for a University/College student looking for a way to earn income!Qualifications Previous experience with youth preferred Access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from the SPACE Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children Able to work independently with limited to no supervision CPR/First Aide Certified and Criminal Record Check (or able to acquire before start date)Responsibilities: Walk students to and from school and bus stop Communicate openly with administration and parents regarding concerns such as absence, sickness and behaviours. Able to plan and execute programs in a variety of disciplines and genres. Make learning fun Able to give brief feedback or information to students and parents as requiredSchedule Part time Mornings Monday- Friday 6:45-8:30 Afternoons Monday-Friday 3:30-6:00pm 3-5 days a weekSalary Hourly Rate To be discussed and based on experienceJob Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-25 per weekSalary: $13.50-$25.00 per hourBenefits:
