Pure Play Child Care is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable
Before & Afterschool Care Staff
to join our Marshall Rd team startingSeptember 2025
.Position Details:
Schedule:
7.5 hours per day, split shift (Before School & Afterschool). Extended mid-day break.Term:
September to June (school year).Potential Summer Hours:
July & August (summer program opportunities may be available).Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport children to and from their schools using a company vehicle. Supervise, engage, and build positive relationships with children. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities. Support children with homework as needed. Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
Minimum:
Responsible Adult Certificate (20-hour course).Preferred:
ECEA or ECE certification. ValidClass 5 Driver's Licence
(clean driving record required). Experience working with school-age children is an asset. Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic team player.If you're passionate about working with children and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
