Encore Brewing Co. is Hiring: Sales & Beer Rep / Bartender (Full-Time)

So here's the deal: Encore Brewing is two years into doing a lot of things really well--fun, food, music, events--but we know we're not even close to reaching our full potential with beer sales. We're looking for someone who can actually move the needle. Someone with sales instincts and people skills who's ready to take ownership of building outside sales

and

helping us keep the taproom humming.

This is a

full-time role

that blends sales with shifts behind the bar, so you'll know our guests, our products, and our story inside and out.

What You'll Do

Check in regularly with current liquor store, bar, and restaurant accounts Build relationships with new accounts (cold calls, drop-ins, follow-ups--the usual sales hustle) Represent Encore at events, markets, tastings, beer festivals, and private functions Work

2-3 bar shifts per week

(plus tips) so you're connected to the taproom and our guests Host brewery tours and support internal staff training Report back: what's working, what's not, what you're hearing out there Drive both outside sales

and

traffic back to the taproom
What We're Looking For

Sales experience, ideally in beer or bev-alc (but we'll take a hustler with people skills and learn-it energy) Comfortable repping a brand, building rapport, and being a steady check-in presence Organized enough to follow up, track conversations, and not let leads go cold Flexibility to work events, weekends, and step up when we've got something going on Love for craft beer, and belief in what we're brewing
Compensation

$20-25/hour

(based on experience), for all time worked

Bar tips

: ~$12-15/hr on top during shifts

10% commission on any growth in beer sales compared to last year

No cap--grow sales by $200K = $20K commission. $500K? $50K. You get the idea.
