We're looking for Retail Store Associates to join our ranks. We are growing very quickly and are excited at the opportunity to add to the team! At 707 Beer and Wine, we hold ourselves to high standards and we expect the same of you.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on Beer and Wine in a knowledgeable and expedient manner. Our customers like to get in, get their product and move on with their day! Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture, as assigned Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, COVID-19 risk mitigation and cleanliness, security, checklists etc.) Adhere to all legislative requirements of alcohol retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager and assigned Assistant Store Managers
Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience Manage multiple tasks effortlessly Ability to use Microsoft Office suite Strong work ethic and interpersonal communication skills You are passionate about Beer and Wine. You are open to feedback and growth within the team You demonstrate high levels of accountability
Requirements

Minimum age 19 years old Able to lift boxes 5-20 lbs Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties Smart Serve Certification (required) Criminal background check required Understanding that this is a regulated industry and that compliance is critical to success.
Full Time Weekdays and Weekends: 32-40 hours per week.

Salary: $17.20 per hour

Must have Smart Serve Certificate

Pay: $17.20 per hour
