T\xc3\x82CHES ET RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S :

• Objectifs de ventes.
• Optimiser les ventes et pr\xc3\xa9senter les programmes promotionnels.
• Voir la vente comme une activit\xc3\xa9 amusante.
• Promouvoir les ventes de produits de beaut\xc3\xa9.
• Favoriser les ventes en encourageant les clients \xc3\xa0 participer au programme PC Optimum.

SERVICE \xc3\x80 LA CLIENT\xc3\x88LE :

• Promouvoir un environnement positif pour les clients et les coll\xc3\xa8gues.
• Toujours accorder la priorit\xc3\xa9 au client et offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de qualit\xc3\xa9 sup\xc3\xa9rieure.
• Donner l\xe2\x80\x99exemple quant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation appropri\xc3\xa9e de l\xe2\x80\x99application Relation client \xc3\xa9LECTRONIQUE afin d\xe2\x80\x99offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de qualit\xc3\xa9 sup\xc3\xa9rieure.
• Promouvoir les produits par l\xe2\x80\x99interm\xc3\xa9diaire du marketing et encourager l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation du programme PC Optimum.
• Promouvoir activement les \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements en magasin et assurer la prise de rendez-vous.

EXPLOITATION :

• Pr\xc3\xa9senter et faire la promotion des produits et services de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise.
• Participer aux activit\xc3\xa9s des \xc3\xa9coles des fournisseurs pertinentes.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 des ateliers et \xc3\xa0 des s\xc3\xa9ances de formation.
• Respecter les normes d\xe2\x80\x99exploitation du rayon des cosm\xc3\xa9tiques.

G\xc3\x89N\xc3\x89RAL :

• Se conformer \xc3\xa0 toutes les r\xc3\xa9glementations en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Respecter toutes les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures du magasin.
• Respecter les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de pr\xc3\xa9vention des pertes et s\xe2\x80\x99assurer de leur ex\xc3\xa9cution dans le d\xc3\xa9partement.
• Agir avec professionnalisme en tout temps.
• S\xe2\x80\x99acquitter d\xe2\x80\x99autres t\xc3\xa2ches au besoin.

COMP\xc3\x89TENCES :

• Planification, jugement et prise de d\xc3\xa9cision.
• Pens\xc3\xa9e ind\xc3\xa9pendante et prise de d\xc3\xa9cision.
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences en vente de cosm\xc3\xa9tiques.

EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE :

• Comp\xc3\xa9tences reconnues en consultation pour fournir de l\xe2\x80\x99information.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en vente avec r\xc3\xa9sultats av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s.
• Bonne connaissance des divers produits de beaut\xc3\xa9 et des services offerts.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99effectuer des consultations personnalis\xc3\xa9es sur le maquillage et les soins de la peau et de faire la d\xc3\xa9monstration de leur application.
• Aptitudes marqu\xc3\xa9es pour la communication.

EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES :

• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 soulever jusqu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 50 lb.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 de monter \xc3\xa0 une \xc3\xa9chelle.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 se pencher et \xc3\xa0 s\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tirer pour remplir les tablettes.
