We're looking for a dynamic Beauty Consultant & Marketing Specialist to join our growing aesthetic team!

This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, skincare, and medical aesthetics who also understands how to connect with clients and drive clinic growth through effective marketing and client relationship strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in the aesthetic or medical spa field (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) - required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, facials, skincare treatments) Sales and marketing experience within the beauty or medical spa industry Confident, professional, and well-groomed presentation Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote clinic services Create engaging social media and marketing content aligned with the clinic's branding Build strong client relationships through personalized beauty consultations and follow-ups Assist in treatment planning and coordination with the medical team Educate clients about available aesthetic services and post-treatment care Support in daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience Help plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and collaborations Track marketing performance, client feedback, and conversion rates to optimize results Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic trends, skincare innovations, and products

Probation Period:

A 4 sessions of probation period applies, during which performance and compatibility will be assessed before confirming permanent employment.
