In search of a beauty concierge/front desk role for a growing medical spa in Saskatoon, SK in a permanent full-time capacity. Come join our team!

Anticipated Hours: Full-time (approximately 40hrs/week). Location open Mon-Fri (see www.sknmedspa.ca for business hours).

Tasks Include:

Scheduling support;

Customer facing front-of-shop interaction;

Front of store skin care retail assistance to customers;

Receiving Payment for services and retail purchases;

Assisting with ordering of supplies as necessary;

Assembly of client care kits;

Tracking inventory;

Miscellaneous office duties;

Assisting with social media including content creation; and

Minor cleaning tasks as required.

High attention to detail and organizational skills as well as an interest in aesthetics/medical aesthetics are preferred in this role. Previous experience in medical aesthetics and the ability to assume a leadership role on a staff team would also be assets. An ideal candidate for this role would be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and the possesses the ability to multi-task effectively.

Training to be provided as required. This position will be paid as an hourly wage (may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience). A 3-month probationary period will be included as per employer policy.
