is looking to hire a dynamic passionate freelance Beauty Advisor in the Winnipeg area - servicing Polo Park Sephora.

across the Winnipeg area. Experience in the Beauty world is a MUST.

Qualifications

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

Holidays

Weekend availability (Thursday-Sunday)

Travel Prerequisites:

Possession of a valid driver's license or a dependable mode of transportation is mandatory.

Beauty Industry Experience:

Prior exposure to the beauty sector (Nordstrom, Sephora, HBC)

is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Communication:

Demonstrated adeptness in communication is essential.

Weekday Availability

: A degree of availability on select weekdays is required.

Effective Training Proficiency:

Capability in delivering impactful training sessions.

Self-Initiated Mindset and Goal-Driven Outlook:

A proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset are crucial.

Responsibilities:

Achieve individual goals, including SPH (sales per hour)

Forging Positive Brand Encounters:

Create positive brand experience in store and build lasting relationship with Sephora teams and brand partners

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain a clean and dust free working area, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per year
