Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Service: Responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Ensure outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. Providing personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences. Customer Engagement: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, events, and complementary products. Social Connection: Encourage customers to follow our social media channels and join our loyalty points program. Sales Goals: Consistently meet personal and store sales targets, supporting overall team performance. Visual Merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appealing product displays. Inventory & Merchandising: Communicate product inventory issues and support merchandising efforts. Daily Operations: Complete daily duty lists and tasks as assigned by management. Other tasks as assigned by the management team.
