The Beauty Advisor is responsible for all aspects of the customer service activities in compliance with company standards while maintaining Clore's brand image. The main goal of Beauty Advisors is to maintain a functional yet welcoming store environment, through exceptional courteous customer service and store appearance. A Beauty Advisor must work to attain a general understanding of the products carried at Clore as well as their basic features in order to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile, offer help, and provide personalized support
Ask questions and give beauty advice based on customer needs--everyone is welcome at Clore!
Learn and stay up to date on products, what they do, and how to combine them for personalized beauty care (training provided)
Let customers know about promotions, new products, and how our rewards program works
Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups
Keep the store clean and organized, and ensure shelves are full, neat, and properly stocked
Refill shelves and let the team know if items are missing, damaged, or low in stock
Unpack new deliveries and help with inventory counts when needed
Operate the cash register (POS) to process sales
Handle returns or complaints politely and ask for help when needed
Bring a positive attitude and help keep the team environment fun and professional
Take on other tasks as needed to support the team and store Competencies
