About this position

Yola Beauty is expanding our business to CANADA.

We're looking for a beauty player, friendly, and motivated team player to join our vibrant beauty family. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing company where innovation, creativity, and passion are at the heart of everything we do.

Position Responsibilities:

Instore Support: Greet every customer warmly and answer questions about products and services. Product Demonstrations: Showcase products on yourself or clients, offering personalized recommendations. Sales & Recommendations: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs while driving sales and boosting brand awareness. Visual Merchandising: Maintain fresh, eye-catching displays and ensure shelves are always well-stocked. Event Support: Assist with in-store events, including beauty demos, consultations, and promotions. Store Standards: Keep the environment clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. Promotions & Updates: Inform customers about current promotions, upcoming events, and available services.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or as a Beauty Advisor is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse clientele. Skills in makeup application and product demos are highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and understanding their needs. A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products will be beneficial in this role.
