Skills

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus Nice-to-have: knowledge of the industry or specific product lines related to our business
