BDC/CRM Manager Job Location: FFUN Group

The Nitty-Gritty of What youll be doing:

• Conduct hiring, training and supervision of BDC Representatives
• Receive, document and respond to all business units\' internet-based and telephone service inquiries and leads
• Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us
• Effectiveness in converting internet leads into service and sales appointments
• Identify customers that may be lost and develop a strategy to reconnect with them and regain their trust and business.
• Monitor effectiveness of the BDC Service Representatives
• Work with CRM
• Accurate and diligent reporting daily Work closely with user integration and data analytics

Some superhero traits we are looking for:

• Ability to lead, prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Customer service guru, in other words a people person.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Computer literate and telephone savvy.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment.
