Your Role



Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our Service Department Ask qualifying questions, uncover customer needs, and schedule appointments Ensure service advisors receive accurate and timely information Make appointments when advisors are unavailable, and route details properly Track and provide reporting to dealership management Proactively connect with customers who are due for regular maintenance, helping to drive service business and strengthen relationships

What You Bring



Strong communication skills -- verbal, written, and interpersonal Background in customer service, sales, or call center/telemarketing an asset Computer literacy and solid organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
