Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

Identify potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries Assess customer needs and gauge interest in our products and services

2. Appointment Setting

Schedule appointments for sales representatives and relevant teams Ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team

3. Sales Support & Follow-Ups

Provide pre-sale and post-sale support for the sales team Follow up on unsold leads, missed appointments, and previous customers
