translation and document certification company based in British Columbia

, providing high-quality translation, notarization, and legalization services for clients across Canada and internationally. We serve individuals, educational institutions and immigration professionals.

We are currently seeking a

qualified and licensed Notary Public

in British Columbia to join our team to provide notarization and document authentication services related to translated and legal documents.

Working hours are 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. Working on-site in our office location in Richmond, BC, is required, this is not a remote job.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and notarize translated and original documents (e.g., affidavits, statutory declarations, certified true copies, and consent letters). Ensure compliance with BC Notaries Act and other applicable regulations. Collaborate with translators and clients to confirm the accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to notarization. Maintain accurate records of notarized documents and client transactions. Provide professional and confidential customer service to clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Optionally assist with document authentication and apostille preparation for international use.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be a

Notary Public in good standing with the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia

. Strong understanding of BC laws and practices governing notarization and certification of documents. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently. Experience working with translation or immigration-related documents is an asset. Fluency in English and Mandarin are required.
