• Assist visitors with direction as required.
• Inform security or medical personnel about persons of interest or escalated scenarios.

Prerequisites: At the time of the interview, applicants must be able to produce proof of completion of the following:

1. Immunization Record
2. Successful completion of Healthcare Security Training (online or in class will be accepted)

1. First Aid & CPR Level C
2. Use of Force
3. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
4. Basic Security Officer Training
5. A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
6. COVID Double Vaccianted

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:
1. Must be able to successfully pass the mask fit test
2. First Aid & CPR - Level C
3. Management of Aggressive Behavior
4. Use of Force
5. Report Writing
