Key Responsibilities:



Meet with qualified leads in their homes to understand project needs and offer solutions.

Present proposals and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.
Follow up consistently with leads to close deals--no ghosting allowed!
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and communicate regularly with clients.
Hit monthly sales targets and celebrate your wins with the team.

What We're Looking For:



Proven ability to sell and close in a consultative environment.

Comfortable with in-home client meetings and building quick rapport.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
Tech-savvy with a smartphone and basic computer skills.
