Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage lead flow, conduct sales appointments with inbound leads, schedule client projects.
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of inside sales or business development (bonus if its home-services related)
Proven track record in closing sales and managing a pipeline
High attention to detail, self-motivated, engaging and persuasive personality
Proficient in navigating and operating a CRM
Has a driver's license and a vehicle
