We run Rep teams from

U9 to U17

, with multiple teams from

OBLX to Single-A

level.
We are an elite development program focused on creating smart players who can read advantages, make decisions, and translate skill work directly into game impact.

We are hiring a

HIGH-LEVEL

skills trainer to work with our Rep athletes.

This is nota beginner skill class/House League -- we need someone who can teach the game, not just moves.

What you will do

Run advanced skill development sessions (small group) Build progressive training plans that transfer directly to real games Teach reads, spacing, advantage creation, punishing rotations Provide video feedback / breakdown when needed Align weekly focus with our Director of Basketball

How we measure success in this role

Skills show up in real games within 6-8 weeks (measurable transfer) Players show improved offensive reads (advantage creation, spacing discipline, decision-making) Players' efficiency improves (shot quality, finishing %, turnover reduction) Players' confidence and pace control improve (they don't rush -- they play the game*)

Required

Minimum

3+ years high performance

coaching experience Strong technical teaching ability and communication skills Legally eligible to work in Canada MUST assign individualized off-court training homework + track progress for each athlete

Bonus (not required)

College / University playing experience Video breakdown experience (Hudl, Synergy, etc.)
