SEEKING BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS) CONTROLS TECHNICIANS
Gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Building Automation Controls Industry. We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BAS Controls Technicians. As a BAS Controls Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of Building Automation Systems. Your essential job functions will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of BAS equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting BAS issues
- Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts
- Installing new BAS systems and ensuring their proper functioning
To excel in this position, you must have the following skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a BAS Controls Technician
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Building Automation Systems
- Working knowledge of BAS and their inner workings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
